We have data centers in the EU, AU, IN, US, and CA for Zoho.eu, Zoho.au, Zoho.in, Zoho.com, and Zoho.ca, respectively. Your Zoho account and your company’s organization should have the same domain.

If you have registered an account under a different domain, you will not be allowed to join your organization. You must close the Zoho account connected with a separate domain in order to join your company’s organization.

Zoho Expenditure is an expense management program that runs on the cloud. As a result, Zoho Expense is compatible with laptops, iPods, iPhones, and Android smartphones. All you need is a stable device and the most recent version of your web browser to get the greatest expense reporting experience.

If a user is deleted, they can no longer access their Zoho Expense organization. The user’s information, however, will stay in Zoho Expense. The administrators of the organization will still be able to access the reports of the removed user.

The invitation link does, in fact, include a 15-day expiration date. When a link expires, it becomes unreachable. However, a fresh link can be made to invite the person again.

To re-invite users:

Change over to the Admin View.

  • Click the gear symbol in the upper right corner of the page.
  • Users and Control are where you’ll find users.
  • Click the More sign in the right corner of the user you want to re-invite.
  • Select Invite a Second Time. The user will receive a fresh invitation.
